Refund Process
1. Refund Amount: If eligible, clients may receive up to 70% of the fees initially paid. The final refund amount will be determined after a discussion between the client and our team, taking into account:

Any costs incurred in the execution of the project.
2. Example: If you paid $10,000 for our services and the guaranteed results were not achieved, you may be eligible for a refund of $7,000.
3. Negotiation Clause: In some cases, the refund percentage may vary slightly based on mutual agreement between both parties.
Exclusions
Refunds will not be issued in the following scenarios:
The client failed to provide critical information or approvals that impacted the project.
Changes in the client’s business model, product offerings, or external factors (e.g., market conditions) that were beyond the control of Nelson Digital Tech.
The client did not adhere to agreed timelines, inputs, or recommendations.
Refund Request Procedure
1. Submit a written refund request via email to info@nelsondigitaltech.com
with the following details:
Project name or invoice number.
Description of the unmet promise or guarantee.
Evidence supporting the claim (e.g., emails, deliverables, performance metrics).
2. Our team will review the request and respond within 14 business days with a resolution or request for further discussion.
If eligible, refunds will be processed within 30 days from the date of agreement on the refund amount.
